Ms Chen was awarded the Most Outstanding Rookie of the year 2013, her performance has remained at the top 20 of Prudential, the member of top of the table(TOT), and the member of Prudential Asia President's Cup Club for 7 consecutive years. She has won the 26th and 27th outstanding life insurance manager awards, the most outstanding Agent of Hong Kong in 2019, and twice Forbes China Top 100 Insurance Elites.
