Prof. Li Fei is an associate professor of School of Law at Nankai University. He mainly engaged in teaching and research of business law, corporate law and insurance law. Prof. Li is an invited expert of the Legal Think Tank of Tianjin Government and a consultant to the Supreme Prosecutor. He was an Edwards Fellow at Columbia University School of Law and a Visiting Professor at University of Maryland. Prof. Li received his J.D. from Tsinghua University (2007-2010), M.A. in Civil and Commercial Law from Xiamen University (2004-2007) and B.A. from Central China Normal University (2000-2004). He has published more than 40 articles in leading Mainland law journals such as Legal Studies, Tsinghua Law Journal, Legal Science, Legal System and Social Development, Jurisprudence.
